Rule 10.3.1 Time and Place

Sweepstakes races shall only be held on the buggy course and only on the dates and at the times specified by the Sweepstakes Advisor. Sweepstakes races will generally be held between the hours of 6:00 am and 2:00 pm on the Friday and Saturday of Spring Carnival weekend. Sweepstakes races may be held on other days and at other times at the discretion of the Sweepstakes Advisor.
