Rule 10.3.6 Course Watch

The night before each scheduled day of Sweepstakes racing, the Sweepstakes Chairman, or anyone designated by that Chairman, shall assign representatives of each participating organization to watch various parts of the buggy course in order to prevent motor vehicles from parking on any part of the course. Each participating organization must provide two people to watch the course and a motor vehicle for those people to ride in. The length of time that each person must watch the course and the area that they must watch shall be determined by the Sweepstakes Chairman.

Any organization that fails to provide the required number of people and vehicles for course watch duty on the night before any day of Sweepstakes racing, shall be fined the amount of $25.00 for each missing person or vehicle.
