{"id":356,"date":"2009-03-30T16:39:37","date_gmt":"2009-03-30T21:39:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cmubuggy.org\/News\/?p=356"},"modified":"2009-03-30T16:39:37","modified_gmt":"2009-03-30T21:39:37","slug":"thanks-members-50-and-200","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmubuggy.org\/news\/2009\/03\/thanks-members-50-and-200\/","title":{"rendered":"Thanks members #50 and #200!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re hard at work here at Buggy Alumni Association headquarters <a href=\"http:\/\/cmubuggy.org\/About\/divisionoflabor.php\">getting ready for raceday<\/a>, and we just wanted to thank everyone for their support so far.<\/p>\n<p>Today, we happened to reach two membership milestones on the same day, and that seems post-worthy.\u00a0\u00a0 Thanks to\u00a0<strong class=\"genmed\">Thomas Felmley<\/strong><span class=\"genmed\"> and <strong>Michael Preysman<\/strong> we now have <a href=\"http:\/\/cmubuggy.org\/Forum\/memberlist.php?mode=&amp;start=175\">200 website members<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alumniconnections.com\/olc\/pub\/CMU\/events\/attendance.cgi?tmpl=attendance&amp;event=2212486&amp;sort=5\">50 dues paying members<\/a>!\u00a0 (note: the online dues paying member list is incomplete, we have separate records of people that signed up and paid in person at homecoming).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"genmed\">We&#8217;re not even 6 months old, so it means a lot that we&#8217;ve been able to connect with so many people out there.\u00a0 Other evidence that we&#8217;ve got a good thing going here is that all winter we were averaging a couple of hundred visits to the website each week.\u00a0 Last week&#8217;s rolls report, pictures, and buggy books drove in over 1,700 visits.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"genmed\">If you haven&#8217;t registered on the site or become a dues paying member yet, do it now.\u00a0 Dues paying members will get our Raceday Preview by e-mail (which will be worlds more informative than the rolls reports) plus admission to the raceday reception, and a raceday wrap-up report.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"genmed\"><a href=\"http:\/\/cmubuggy.org\/Join\/\">Join Now!<br \/>\n<\/a><\/span><\/h1>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re hard at work here at Buggy Alumni Association headquarters getting ready for raceday, and we just wanted to thank everyone for their support so far.
