The off-season is officially behind us, and the 2010 season of buggy is here. \u00a0The first day of rolls (weather willing) will be this Saturday, September 19th. \u00a0Does that sound early? \u00a0It is. \u00a0Things are getting started a full 3 weeks earlier than last year making a strong case in favor of the new policy of electing the sweepstakes committee in May instead of September.<\/p>\n
