Hey you Buggy fanatics,
Remember that “teaser” I left you in last weekend’s Rolls Report? Well, I meant to get these out by Thursday or so last week, but I only finally got time now.
The times are taken from two synced video sources from the crosswalk (first line) to line at the start of hill 3. I realized too late that my timer was recording frames (60 fps) instead of miliseconds. The minutes and seconds are accurate, but the miliseconds should only be used as reference (or do the math yourself).
SO, without further ado, here are the times we got from the first full weekend of rolls.
Note: I’m still working through a good way of recording and displaying these. I’m taking suggestions if you have them.

For reference purposes, can anyone provide an example of the FR time for a really really blisteringly fast FR, as measured using these timing marks?

Excellent!
That’s just the sort of thing I needed. I’m used to using a different end point (the street lamp post) for FR timing, so it’s a bit difficult to make the comparison.
So, basically, using the timing marks indicated in the photos, anything in the low 50s is fast, and anything close to 50 or under is screamingly fast.
